Service Description

The Human Performance (HP) training program focuses on the principles of functional training. The program aims to correct muscular imbalances and help the body achieve better performance by optimizing strength and power through a movement-based approach; to enhance your fitness and mobility for everyday life also extra curriculum activities. The innovative curriculum of 86 different movements were selected based on concepts relating to squatting, reaching, pulling, and lifting.
