BOXING & BARBELLS

Boxing & Barbells is the only group fitness program that offers authentic boxing and weight training combined. The class is timed and not done to the beat of the music, which makes it different than any other group fitness class. There is a COD (Combo of the Day) for each class that is taught and used throughout the class. This ensures that you leave with a sense of accomplishment, not only for the workout but for your ability to learn and use the combo.

HUMAN PERFORMANCE PROGRAM (HPP)

The Human Performance (HPP) training program focuses on the principles of functional training. The program aims to correct muscular imbalances and help the body achieve better performance by optimizing strength and power through a movement-based approach; to enhance your fitness and mobility for everyday life also extra curriculum activities.

The innovative curriculum of 86 different movements were selected based on concepts relating to squatting, reaching, pulling, and lifting.
