Service Description
Why just do one or the other when you can have them both! The Boxing & Barbell class is the perfect synergy between two time-tested sports: Boxing & Weight Training. Our specially formatted class will take you through new Combos of The Day and build your muscles with specific weight training exercises. Fast-passed workout with little rest! Prepare to sweat. Focus areas within this course include: • How to Box with Real Fundamentals • Fundamental & Advance Striking • Footwork & Body Movement • Use Boxing Equipment (i.e., heavy/speed bag, focus mitts, etc.) • How to Lift Weights Properly • Safety Measures for Lifting Weights • Conditioning Exercises for Boxing Program Class Prerequisites: • None Equipment and Supplies Required: • Hand Wraps • Boxing Gloves (we have gloves for rent) • Towel • Water WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PERSONAL GEAR FOR HYGIENE PURPOSES!
